Siuslaw CrossFit was found in 2018 with the intention of bringing the CrossFit mentality to this beautiful coastal town.

WHAT WE OFFER AT SIUSLAW CROSSFIT

CrossFit 101 (new members) 

Ready to get started on your fitness journey but not sure what CrossFit is? Here at Siuslaw Crossfit we understand that starting at a new gym can be intimidating. That is why we make it the best experience for every new athlete. We offer a free class for new members to come and join us in a great workout and to see what we are all about. All of our Crossfit movements are easily tailored to every athletes ability so don't worry if you think you aren't "fit enough" to join.  Our small class sizes make it easy for our coaches to help you through the workout and our community is extremely welcoming. Once you decide to join we will chose the best option for you so that you can get the most out of your workouts.  

DAILY CROSSFIT WOD

The daily WOD "workout of the day" will cover fundamental movements of CrossFit that are placed strategically together to create strength, mobility, and metabolic conditioning. Each class runs 60 minutes long and with a certified coach you will work through a warm-up, skill work and the workout. Each WOD has many different variations that cater to every personal need and skill level. We also create an environment where our community comes together to encourage one another.

Open Gym 

Open gym is designed for those athletes that would like to come and work on their own personal goals aside from the class WOD's. There will be staff in the building for any questions or guidance. 

Olympic Lifting 

This class is focused on the two main olympic lifts: the clean and the snatch. In this class we break down the fundamentals of these movements and continually focus on skill work to improve these lifts. This class is perfect for beginners and experts.

Monday: 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday: 5am, 6am, 9:30am,5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Thursday: 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Friday: 5am, 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturday: 10:30am 

Olympic lifting 

Saturday 9:30am

Open Gym

Monday-Friday 12:30-2:30

Kids Policy 

We love having the whole family in our facility and we have an area for children to hangout while you workout.  We have options for smaller children who need to be in a safe secure area. We ask that you please come prepared for the hour class with snacks and such.
